Returns and Exchanges

Received Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise please email the following information to service@kseriesparts.com:

  1. Order Number
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Picture showing the damage to the merchandise
  4. Picture showing any damage to the shipping box

Received Incorrect Merchandise

Although it isn't very common, mistakes do happen. It is possible that the picture on the website is different from the merchandise that you received. It doesn't mean that the merchandise is incorrect just some images that we use may be for reference only.

If you did receive the wrong merchandise then we will provide you with a call tag to send it back to us free of charge. Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that the merchandise that you received is what was returned we will ship you out a replacement.

If you feel you received incorrect merchandise, please email the following information to service@kseriesparts.com:

  1. Order Number
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Picture showing incorrect merchandise
  4. Picture of the part number of the box the merchandise came in
  5. Reason why you believe that it is incorrect

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order or merchandise off an order, please email the following information to service@kseriesparts.com:

  1. Order Number
  2. First and Last Name
  3. Merchandise you want to cancel
  4. Reason for cancellation

Return/Exchange Policy

We will accept any unused merchandise in brand new condition within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping

We provide you with a prepaid shipping label to make it fast and easy for you to return merchandise to us.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, both inbound and outbound. Shipping fees for merchandise with "Free Shipping" are not exempt and are reduced from the return.

Restocking Fee

Merchandise can have an additional restocking fee of up to 30%. The shipping and restock fee is reduced from the return.

Our customer service and sales team members are unable to calculate the shipping and restocking fees, please follow the steps below to request a return.

Non-Returnable Merchandise (Including but Not Limited To)

  • Installed or attempted to be installed
  • Any sealed packaging that has been opened or any tags removed
  • Marked as final sale, special order, or open box
  • Gift cards
  • Programmable ECU's or Tuners
  • Hoods, fenders, trunks, hatches, wings, or any other truck freight merchandise
  • Seats
  • Engine or transmission internals where seals have been cut or any box without a seal
  • Wheels

If non-returnable merchandise is received it will be returned at your expense or destroyed, with no credit or refund issued.

Club RSX, Inc. dba K Series Parts reserves the right to refuse a return for any reason.

  1. First and last name used to order
  2. Order number
  3. The merchandise you wish to return
  4. Two pictures showing the merchandise is unopened and brand new (do not send pictures of the shipping box)
  5. The reason for return
  6. If you would like a refund or exchange
