I have a 2017 Acura ILX. I did a muffler delete and put this vibrant resonator in, and my car sounds awesome. Perfect sound, pops and bangs, no Drone and the perfect sound.

smoother growling sound and overall its quieter than those louvered tube res and definitely quieter than those perforated bottle shape res.

I bought this to replace my stock resonator which was blocked. I tried to get it put in exactly where the stock one was but the diameter of this was too large for the stock location. I didn't want to butcher my pipe and put it somewhere else so I returned it.

This was installed in conjunction with 3" single vibrant flat black muffler on my s2000. it sounds great. still a little loud, but not unbearable.
