Rides slightly on the firm side and will get bouncy from higher spring rates. Slightly expensive for not being rebuildable, or dampening adjustable. Overall pretty good.

If you plan on slamming your car these are not the coilovers for you. They get extremely bouncy when you lower them to the limit but if your looking to Daily your car and you want a 1.5-2" drop then these are not a bad choice for you

This is my first set of coilovers for my car, never driven a lowered car before. As the parts were being shipped I did my homework and read up on the install provided by Progress. The only reason this coilover gets 4 out of 5 stars is that the instructions were really vague. There are many components that come in the kit, and it wouldn't hurt to better label what and where things go. During the install the most challenging thing was disassembly of OEM suspension, it took the most time and energy (having 130K miles on my chassis). Assembly of the new Progress coilovers is do-able, but again having better directions would make it reassuring. You are dealing with you cars suspension, it is under tremendous and dynamic loads while driving, the last thing you want is complications while you are driving. Finally ride quality is great, a lot less body roll, and the bumps from the stiff spring rates is very tolerable for daily driving. With OEM rims and tires I have 1 inch gap in the front with more to go, and I am fully tucked in the rear with more to go. I would recommend these coilovers, get the proper tools for the install, and be sure you all the necessary honda parts!!

Tough decision, but glad I chose these
It was between Function & Form Type 2's and these, and I am so happy I chose these coilovers. The adjustment allowance is enormous, and I am able to drive smooth, slammed and sexy on 17" wheels. Great ride, great product, great price.

I just recently installed this coilovers. It is a really quiet coilovers and I personally think it rides better than stock ! I love this coilovers food for DD!

Amazing. Simply amazing. I thought they were a bit pricy at first, but after reading reviews I knew this wasn't something I could cheap out on. Perfect ride height, drives and handles like a race car. Combined with SPC front/rear camber kits. Perfect.

Exactly what I wanted for my car :-)

Progress is the best
I did a LOT of research before hand and found these to be EXACTLY what I was looking for. Clean drop, amazing difference in handling, and a smooth ride. I recommend them to anyone looking to really make their car hug the road and give it a whole new(Better!) feel.

These coilovers are a perfect set-up for me as a daily/spirited driver. Much more comfortable than my previous Tein SS-P coilovers. Less noise, more comfort...I love driving my car again!

These coilovers are good stuff. Worth the money. The handling of the car changes completely; I went from stock to Progress and felt a major difference in terms of turning and driving around curvy roads. I would say it is a definite must to upgrade the rear sway bar if you want to get the best out of these coilovers. Progress with OEM rear sway 19mm - Sorta disappointed; car was planted to the ground but the car was still understeering. Progress with no rear sway bar - FUN !!! a lot of oversteering!! Progress with rear Cusco 25mm - car feels extremely solid. But the most important thing is to still get good tires. These coilovers feel almost like stock; I would not mind it being a little more stiff and the instructions were very vague especially with leftover parts, it really makes you wonder. The parts that come with progress (washers and bushings) I really don't think it's necessary to order all that stuff from Honda OEM. Only parts that really need to be ordered are the top hats if you want to have new all around.

I bought these back in november (i think) and they have been sitting around in a box because of these new york winters. i just put them on yesterday and they feel great! they honestly aren't much stiffer than stock believe it or not. i did however have 2 issues. the bottom of the rear coilovers were too wide to fit. i had to grind it down so it would drop in. another issue is with one of my rear collars. the screw that locks the collar in place would NOT go back in. i don't know why, but it just wouldn't grab the threads. i forced it in there and made my own threads in the process (not the best idea, but its working). other than that, everything is great! i'm getting my alignment done this week and might go for some spirited driving to really see what these are made of. for the price, you can't beat them. Progress really knows what they're doing!

progress has pretty much perfected this coilover.. it was a great price for the quality of the ride. It was a little bit stiff once i put it on but the ride has gotten much smoother. Great product

I have had the coilovers on my car for a couple of weeks and I love them. Installation wasn't to hard took about 8 hours and well worth it. The difference in handeling is amazing almost zero body roll on turns. It felt a little harsh when I first put them on but now I don't even notice it. Great product good buy.

My stock shocks were blown from using Skunk2 lowering springs so I decided to go with some coilovers. Did some research, and honestly for the price, these are the better than I ever expected! Ride great plus they go LOW! Progress def. knows what they're doing.

Awesome, That Real Quality Y'all.
Progress Products are quality for sure. Made with personal staff and patience. I love these coilovers, Get them while they are available because these are better in my opinion than dampers that cost 1200+. I chose these over Tein/Tanabe/Buddyclub/Function&Form because I know these are the best for the DC5 chassis, and they own up to the Progress Name.

Great ride, even sitting low!
Finally got the Progress coilovers installed and got everything aligned. The ride feels great, never harsh, even with no gap in the rear and about a half-inch gap in front. Be sure grease all the bushing! I got lazy on my grease in the rear, so it squeaks a bit. Should be a easy fix though. Anyone considering these coilovers should make the plunge!

Tein Flex to Progress
I couldn't be any happier with the switch I made, progress spring rates are just right for lowering your car and still having drivability. With the Teins I felt like my bones were shaking out of my skin.

Progress Competition Coilovers
I went from Megan Racing coils to Progress coils and so far so GOOD! I absolutely LOVE them. They're great quality, easily adjustable, comfortable for DD w/ an aggressive drop. They are truly the best bang for your buck! Take the advice from someone who is extremely picky about the ride comfort of DD, etc.

I've had these on for almost a month now, and for the price I'm a satisfied customer. The drop is perfect, can just tuck the top of the tire. The ride is pretty smooth considering the drop. The install was easy, and everything fit great. Overall, these are perfect for the drop I wanted and a little better ride quality. Glad I didn't spend a couple hundred more on a different set just to have dampers on them. And you can never go wrong with the quick CRSX shipping.

i have had it for a few weeks now and im totally in love with how smooth the ride is compared to my old setup, car handles like never before, and was surprised me is how much you can drop it and still have same smooth damper
7/2/2008 by Terry
Overall I have had the suspension on for the past 2 weeks I so far really think it is smooth. I daily drive my car everyday and the old bumps that would annoy me in my other suspension is no longer a issue. I have taking a couple turns hard with it and stuck like it was on rails overall 4 out of 5
