That is why Hybrid Racing has teamed up with Griffin to make a radiator specifically for K-Series engine swaps. Each K-Series swap radiator was carefully designed by Hybrid Racing to take into account both the chassis' dimensions and mounting points, as well as the K-Series' motor's coolant inlet and outlet. These radiators simplify the K-Series engine swap by eliminating the need for custom mounting brackets and by providing a guaranteed fit for your specific swap.
All Hybrid Racing radiators feature single core, all-aluminum construction with high-precision TIG welds.
This radiator integrates the necessary ports for the Coolant Temperature Sending Unit and the Fan Switch, eliminating the need for a Hybrid Racing Radiator Hose Insert. There is also a grounding bung welded to the lower end tank to guarantee that the sensors mounted to the radiator get a good ground connection.
This radiator mounts to the OEM AC condenser mounting brackets. Should you wish to use the Hybrid Racing K swap AC kit on your 92-00 Civic or Del Sol, the AC condenser will mount to the OEM radiator mounting brackets.

What comes with my radiator?
Each radiator is supplied with a petcock, mounting bracket and radiator cap. Any hoses, sensors, or fans shown in the pictures above are not included with the radiator.
How is this radiator any better than the OEM half-size radiator?
This question has several answers. First, this Hybrid Racing half size K-Swap radiator features all aluminum, fully tig welded construction. As a result, it's less likely to leak or break than the OEM unit which uses an aluminum core that's bonded to plastic end tanks. Second, the coolant ports on all Hybrid Racing K swap radiators are relocated to allow the use of shorter coolant hoses when used in conjunction with a K series motor. Small OE radiators don't do a good job of cooling the K-Series engine, especially in warmer climates.
Do I have to modify my chassis to make this radiator fit?
No. This radiator is a completely bolt-on part. It mounts to both the OEM AC condenser supports. No cutting or bending of the chassis or mounting brackets is required.
Is this radiator compatible with the Hybrid Racing AC kit for my chassis?
This radiator was designed to allow enough room to fit an AC condenser and the Hybrid Racing AC kit into your car. This radiator will mount to the OEM AC condenser mounting tabs, and (when using the Hybrid Racing K Swap AC kit) the AC condenser will mount to the OEM radiator mounting tabs. The reason that the radiator and AC condenser switch places on a k-swap is because it allows more clearance for the K series RBC intake manifold, and it means that the radiator hoses can be made shorter.
