    Description

    DC Sports race headers eliminate the catalytic converter and are tuned for all out performance for racing applications. If it is needed, DC Sports incorporates a flex pipe to eliminate the chance of cracking on rigidly mounted headers. Systems that utilize spring-loaded bolts and donut gaskets do not require a flex pipe.

    All necessary 02 sensor bungs are incorporated into each system and a wiring extension kit is included for the sensor when necessary.

    Not bad for the price

    Direct bolt on.. Easy installation.. Came with decals and instructions.. Over all not a huge difference in performance but car definitely breathes better.

    great header

    fastest shipment ever. This product is a straight forward bolt on. you can feel the power when vtec kick in. Driving on the German autobahn i max my speedometer and really feel the power.

    So far, I like it

    Installing this header was fairly straight forward, it bolts right up to the cat back exhaust no problem. Included a new gasket and nuts/bolts for the exhaust flanges. You will most likely run into difficulty with rusted bolts where the cat bolts to the exhaust, nothing that some pb blaster and a small propane torch can't handle. Butt dyno shows noticeable gains, especially with intake replacement.

    need performance with no problem?

    got this used like new dc header off of a crsx member fit like a puzzle. the header is about a 1/3 of the weight of stock header. felt the gains once i drove the car, right when vtec kicks in is the most noticeable giving you a lil dig into your seat. would recomend lifting car on all 4's, new bolts because old ones on stock cat become welded on their. rather then that just remove the bushings bolts to be able to move the sway bar up and down for the header to squeez throw.
