Bring out the magic VTEC leprechauns in your engine!

First off, this thing makes the car MOVE. throttle response is improved, and great mid range response. at WOT the car sounds angry. it's a great looking header too. beautiful welds, That said, a 3 out of 5 seemed necessary, because of the effort needed to make this thing work. It leaks like crazy at the slip joints. the supplied donut gasket was poor quality, and there were no spring bolts or b-pipe gaskets included. My solution: buy the spring bolt package from Kseries parts, and a better donut 2.5" gasket. also look into some bolts and a paper gasket for the b pipe-test pipe flange. For the leaks at the slip joints, weld them or seal the joints with some hi-temp sealant. despite the efforts, I'm happy with the results, and I would buy this header again. the price makes it a steal.

Header is ment to be wielded together! fitment was great, no leaks. sound paired with the Invidia Q300 is perfect. Noticeable power gains in the mid-range. i highly recommend you get the Hondata Reflash W/ Race header with this Mod! Car feels like a different beast now.

Nice gains, leaks like a siv
By Mathieu on 8/28/2015
Initially putting the thing together wasn't bad. Had to play around with it and hit the sucker with a mallet to get it in all the way (I actually grinded down some of it to fit better). Put it on and the thing leaked like a siv at the slip joints. Welded it up, and the leaks went away, but it will eventually leak again. Where you might ask? Donut gasket. This is the second one I've owned and it still leaks at the donut. Overall the header does the job, but my advice is drown out the leaks with a buddyclub spec 2.

The header is really easy to install. The biggest issue I had was assembling the header. The first two parts did not just slip on I had to wedge and push the four pipes to get them to slip on. I had to the the same with the part that bolts to the test time. I haven't been able to really push my cat since I've installed it since the slip joins still leak, that's probably because the bolts have all rattles loose. all in all it sounds good and is worth it
