Return and Shipping Policy
K Series Parts will take back unopened, resalable, merchandise 30 days from invoice or shipment date. Holiday returns are 30 days from December 25th and begins with purchases made on November 1st. All items must be unused, in resalable condition, and sealed in the original packaging. You have three different options for your return, exchange, gift card, or refund.
If you would like to do a product exchange you will be responsible for paying the price difference if you want a more expensive product than the one you purchased. If you want to exchange for a item of lesser value or if the total value of your exchange is under $150.00 then your exchange value will be debited the original shipping and processing costs even if you selected free shipping.
This is the best and most economical way to return an item you don't want. We offer a full refund to an e-gift card on returns that total more than $150.00. Returns totaling less than $150.00 will be debited the original shipping and processing costs even if you selected free shipping.
If you would like a refund to your original form of payment your refund will be debited the original shipping and processing costs even if you selected free shipping.
All returns are sent at your expense and any package received with money owed to the shipping carrier will be refused. You are also responsible for packing and double boxing the item to ensure that it arrives to us undamaged and in brand new condition. We recommend that you send your return back to us insured, and that you use a shipping carrier that provides a tracking number; because we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Your return will be rejected even if the damage was caused by the shipping carrier.
If we shipped you the wrong part(s) then we will provide you with a call tag to send the item back to us free of charge. Once we confirm that the item has been picked up and is on its way back to us, we will ship you the correct part(s).
Returns are only handled through email to ensure there is no confusion and that everything is documented. Please do not call to ask about a return.
In order to request a return, exchange, or if you received the wrong product, you need to fill out this form: Returns and Exchanges Form. It can take 7 to 10 days to receive an email response to your request. Once your request is approved you will be emailed detailed instructions on how and where to return your item(s).
Free shipping applies to every order in our store expect for those items listed as truck freight or oversized, as well as, shipping addresses outside the continental United States. There is no minimum purchase in order to receive the free shipping offer. Orders with free shipping are sent with the most cost effective carrier and can take up to 10 business days to be delivered. We do offer faster shipping options for an additional cost. We offer discounted pricing for next day, two day, three day, and ground shipping to anywhere around the world. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.
If you purchase multiple items and select free shipping, there is a chance that shipping the order will be delayed if an item in your order is out of stock. We do combine shipments as often as possible in an effort to reduce the overall shipping cost. If you select a form of shipping other than free shipping then your items can be shipped out individually to ensure that you get them as fast as possible.
We do ship to most countries in the world using USPS EMS or FedEx. To get a shipping quote, add the items you would like to purchase to your basket and follow the check out steps. You will be able to get a shipping quote and an order total before you have to put in your payment information.
We ship every business day, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Our shipping cutoff is 2:00pm mountain standard time. Any in stock order placed before 2PM MST will be shipped out the same day. Out of stock orders are shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
If you order includes multiple items they may be shipped separately and at different times. Some items are drop shipped by the manufacturer/supplier.
We will update your online order status with either a tracking number or an approximate date of shipment within 1-2 business days of your purchase. You will be sent an email with this information and you can also check your order status anytime through the order status section of the website.
