Remove the screw on the back of the immobilizer (hard to see in this picture). The immobilizer should pull right off at this point.
Remove the panel underneath the glove box. There are three clips that you have to press in using a small phillips screwdriver. Take a 10mm socket and remove the three bolts holding the ECU on. There are two on each side and on on the back next to the firewall. Unplug all the connections on the ECU.
